Stirrers

Our stirrers have proved themselves in the chemical industry, in process engineering, galvanic industry, and many other fields of application since more than 20 years.
We use high quality materials as well as motors and gears of leading manufacturers. The constructions are unitized, wich allows an adjustment to special operating conditions without big expenditure. For all types we attach great importance to a stabile and long life design.

Standard Stirrer Stirrer with cylindrical gear and additional bearing lantern Type L1, sleeve coupling, cross paddle stirrer.	Standard Stirrer Stirrer with dissolver/gear disc and high bearing lantern Type L2, flexible coupling between drive and bearing. Design for long, idling shafts.

Clamp on stirrer Clamp on stirrer for containers up to a volume of 5000 l. With constant rotational speeds and steplessly variable drive. Clamp on device made of aluminium brass and stainless steel (VA).	Aerator Stirrer Aerator stirrer, self-placing.	Standard Stirrer Standard stirrer with 4-blade-sheet propeller.	Tank Stirrer Tank stirrer with marine screw propeller, PVDF-flange, bellows- sliding ring sealing.

Stirrer with bevel gear Stirrer with bevel gear and quill, additional bearing lantern Type LA1, sleeve coupling, cross paddle stirrer, specially applicable for low installations. For high tanks the shaft can be applicated also on more paddles which are all disassemblable.		Stirrer with cylindrical gear Stirrer with cylindrical gear and additional bearing lantern Type L1, sleeve coupling, 2 cross paddle stirrers. Also several, detachable stirrers may be applied to the shaft.
